Conservative Principles

Lower taxes. Limited government. The Right to Life. Defense of our God-given Constitutional rights. In his six years as Mayor of Raleigh, Tom Fetzer proved that the conservative principles for which our Republican Party stands don’t just make for good politics, they also translate into efficient and effective government. Tom hasn’t just talked the talk, he has walked the walk, and he will fight to ensure that the Republican Party maintains its conservative principles as our Republican State Chairman.

Fundraising Success

Before Tom Fetzer ran for Mayor of Raleigh, an excellent fundraising total for a Mayoral candidate was considered to be about $50,o00. In his three successful campaigns for Mayor, Tom raised approximately $500,000 in each! That’s right – Tom Fetzer raised ten times what had ever been raised before to become Raleigh’s first Republican Mayor and twice win re-election. Tom has the energy, the professional connections and the ability to raise more money for the NCGOP than has ever been raised before!

Candidate Recruitment

To win, the Republican Party needs to recruit not just good candidates, not just better candidates, but the BEST candidates.
