Commentary On “In Toledo, the ‘Glass City,’ New Label: Made in China”

@Norman Bauman

If the governments hadn’t been in the education business, I would have saved money in taxes to pay for my education. And private citizens would have been able to found schools with the money they saved in taxes. The money in private hteaching and educations could have been used more efficiently for education than had been spent by government burearcrats funded by taxation. Morever, government’s involvement in higher education with its grants makes education costs higher, in the similar way that Medicare and Medicaid make health care more expensive. So if the government hadn’t been in education, higher education would have been far more affordable for me any many other students. I’m advocating removing government from education out of my libertarian principle, which will benefit countless students that come after me.
